T'MARO is the first to utilize dates in our line up of unique and innovative spirits. Deliciously fun to sip or use in cocktails or a low alcohol spritz.
WATER OF LIFE
Our EAU DE VIE is an ultra-premium, remarkably
smooth Eau de Vie made with only organic dates
from the Coachella Valley without added sugar or
artificial flavors or colors. We ferment the organic
dates in small batches followed by distillation in
a copper pot still. Each of the labels have been
applied by hand using paper made from upcycled
palm fronds.
Suggestive vanilla, subtle caramel and crisp pear with a
very smooth finish.
A FIRST OF ITS KIND
An ultra-premium, herbaceous modern liqueur
made with selected botanicals and only sweetened by organic dates from the Coachella Valley. There is no added sugar, artificial flavors or colors. We add the botanicals into our date spirit where we let it macerate until ready, then bottle it using a light filtration. Each label is applied by hand using paper made from upcycled palm fronds.
Notes of citrus, soft spice from the sunset on the sea to the cool
Sierras and desert fruit caramelized by the sun.
DATES + CHOCOLATE
T’MARO CACAO NIB is a single-origin spirit-based
cacao liqueur sweetened with dates. This product
was made using Dandelion Chocolate single-origin
cacao nibs from Camino Verde Estate in Ecuador.
This product is a pure expression of two ingredients,
chocolate and date liqueur.
Roasted chocolate, tobacco, cognac, desert nights, campfire.
CHOCOLATE AFICIONADO
This kit includes an innovative chocolate bar with the same cacao from the Camino Verde Estate in Ecuador, sweetened only with dates. It is a pure expression of cacao and date in one format. This is the best of both. We've included Equator instant espresso to make a fun cocktail; the Cacao Carajillo. Our gift box contains two products made from two ingredients; cacao and dates. T'MARO liqueur and the chocolate bar are made from 100% organic dates, single origin cacao nibs and only sweetened by dates. Vicente Norero, the owner and general manager of Camino Verde Cacao, is one of the most innovative cacao producers and he is always improving through his continual experimentation. Our dates come from a CCOF certified farm that utilizes drip irrigation, the most water-saving method available from the Coachella Valley, California. T’MARO Cacao is made with 100% organic dates, single origin cacao nibs and only sweetened by dates.
CHOCOLATE & ORANGE
A bold dance of bright California citrus,
date-sweetened cocoa, real vanilla beans, and our
signature Amaro botanicals. Inspired by Chef
Falkner’s iconic cake at San Francisco’s Citizen Cake,
this liqueur is rich yet vibrant — perfect neat or
in cocktails like the indulgent Chocolate Orange
Carajillo. Crafted with Dandelion Chocolate cacao nibs,
it’s a sip of West Coast craft in every glass.
