Our name is T’MARO (Tah-Mar-Oh), from the ancient word Tamar, meaning “date” (the fruit) or “date palm.”

We are a women-owned business with a vision of the world we’d like to live in, and we’ve set out to create it with our date-based innovations.

We are the first to incorporate dates into our lineup of
uniquely crafted, innovative spirits.

EAU de VIE

Our EAU DE VIE is an ultra-premium,
remarkably smooth Eau de Vie made with only
organic dates from the Coachella Valley without
any added sugar or artificial flavors or colors.

Suggestive vanilla, subtle caramel and crisp pear
with a very smooth finish.

liqueur made with selected botanicals and
only sweetened by organic dates from
the Coachella Valley.

Notes of citrus, soft spice from the sunset on the sea to the cool Sierras and desert fruit caramelized by the sun.

A single-origin spirit-based cacao liqueur
sweetened with dates. This product was made
using Dandelion Chocolate single-origin cacao nibs
from the Camino Verde Estate in Ecuador.

A Chocolate Work Orange is made with Dandelion
Chocolate cacao nibs and McFarlin Family Farms
citrus with hints of spice and Madagascar
vanilla bean. Only sweetened with dates.

OUR LABELS ARE MADE FROM
UPCYCLED PALM FRONDS

With the help of local arborists and papermakers
we created our labels from palm fronds and other
materials diverted from landfill.
