Makes one cocktail
1 oz. T’MARO Amaro
1 oz. Boukman Haitian Spiced rum
.5 oz. St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram
1 bar spoon sour cherry syrup
.5 oz. Yuzuco Yuzu super juice
Stir ingredients together and pour over one large ice cube in a rocks glass.
Garnish with a skewered chunk of Medjool date coated with microplaned zest of
yuzu, orange or lemon
